[ Bugs ] Delay issue during battle

Have you ever experience when you're in a battle, you try to play strategically and be patient to use your mystery on the right time. But then, its either your opponent uses his/her chase combos or use a mystery with a video clip animation (Example: Sasuke's Kirin), just when you think you got the right time to use your mystery when your opponent does his last standard attack, or in worse cases, his 3rd standard attack, you rapidly press the mystery skill and then BOOM, nothing happens. It just continue the standard attack process and move to the next round and you just wasted a turn of not using your mystery and everything goes to sh1t......

This delay issue has been going on for a long long long while now and yeah I know. People are actually using it now as a "strategic" bug. But its not healthy for the game. Please do something about this. Cause it seems you guys have been ignoring it or maybe you guys just don't know how to fix it. Thank you.

  • Yeah, I always use mystery before end of round cuz i have low initi, but before last ninja use standark attack, suddenly the mystery skill disabled (no chaos,no immo)

    when i used jinpanchi, i can only used his mystery round 1-2,next round r disabled until end of battle. dont know why !

My guess is that the one that triggers it are the chase combos or mystery with video animation. Its like when you or your opponent do your chase combos, the round time still goes on. Like the time consumed by the chase combo doesn't count as the time in the round, so when the combo starts and you wait for it to end, the time of the standard attacks process actually still continues and it counts as a "round is over." Its very annoying

  • I understand the chase bug making the game move forward while chase happens, but today I was fighting in SWB and I went to cast my 2nd slot Edo Deidara after he did standard and the game was already ahead to the next round so I couldn't cast. Maybe on 2x, but I've never been system error'd that early in the round before on 1x... Servers did seem a bit slower today, but idk.

    One of the ways I try to counter this is by throwing it on auto if I want a mystery to go off before round ends. (works well with Edo Deidara/Jigo teams where you get chakra later in the round usually after spiders die, but it wont cast on the target you want and it'll cast the ninja's mystery that has priority)

IKR, there are worse cases like that when the game even moves way faster. Sure auto can help but you'll lose the targeting in the process. I guess until they fix it, we'll just going to have to deal with it.

  • We all facing the same issue, i`ve heard its about animation not being sync with the general expected time of a round, either by mysteries with animation or chase attacks. And honestly its been getting way worse lately, its already bad on a 1vs1 fight and it can totally cost you the fight, but its even worse on modes with more people in it like bond arena or gnw. I hope it gets fixed because its a really annoying bug that has cost me multiple loses and also wins that should have been loses.

IKR, its even worse in team battles. Like in cases in GNW where I need to wait for all of my opponents to use their mysteries first cause of having lower initiative. But right when I cast my mystery, the mystery icon is there on top of ninja, but it waited for like after all players did two standard attacks before it actually cast it.

  • Somebody said in china this issue got fixed with 5.0, lets see...

Ohhhhh that is good to know that there might be an actualy fix for it XD Lets just hope Oasis does the same.
