Just out of curiosity, how many lvs does a ninja tool have? Asking because I see you have fully upgraded them all and mine are only around lv 35.
If they are A tools don't bother, wait for the S tools. When you go to recycle those A tools that are max leveled you are going to lose out on materials as well as all the coins you used to refine those lower level tools. BELIEVE ME, you are going to need all the copper and silver you can get your hands on when you get an S tool.
