Hi! I understand your concern. Chance events does allow everyone a chance at it on every draw. It does not matter how much or how little you spend into it as every draw has the same chance. It is like rolling a dice, you have a 50% chance of getting either heads or tails. Rolling it multiple times does not increase the chance of each roll, they still have the same chance. These chance events gives everyone a chance to win the prize, no restrictions or exceptions.
