Um how about you change to match making from LEVEL as core factor to POWER as core factor?

If I'm not wrong they already decreased the level requirement for new talents, it's only take around 2 months at max for ANYONE to get to 76 and unlock full talents with 4.0 daily practice.

So what the point of keeping level as core factor in the match making?
