I don't agree with the level freezing, but no they should not remove advanced refines from the top positions in swb. I worked very hard, put in ALOT of time and effort to get to 130k so I can place in swb and pulling a stunt like that would not be good for player retention.
They need to solve the level freezing problem and everything would be fine so don't try to punish the rest of us because of the few that are gaming the system.

the guy is not saying to remove them altogether, just to remove them from placements 1, 2 and 3.
he is saying that if you are 4th, 5th, ..., 10th you still get the 5-4-3-2-1 you get now, but in his idea you don't get them for being 1st, 2nd or 3rd, while, instead, you get seal scrolls or advanced threads (like if gathering advanced threads is easy right now).
why should that disvantage you unless you own BA rank 9 or unless you gathered all the rares from all the treasures?
if the full removal of the rewards is not nice, then could be given 5 advanced refinements to top 3 + 3/2/1 additional seal scrolls, so that the difference coming from advanced refinements only would be low enough to let you say is fine to level up and be 5th in an higher field if you were 1st or 2nd in a lower level field.
Honestly speaking i fully support this idea or at least something close to what he said.
I fully understand what he is saying and I still disagree. I worked hard to get to the point that I can place 1-3 on my team and get those advanced refines. I could care less about seal scrolls, I will collect them over time anyways. I would pick adv refines 10/10 times.
Even advanced threads would not be acceptable, the refines are more important and it allows you to put the power where you want it. It takes way more refines to completely max out than it does to max BA.
Again though, i do agree they should do something about the level freezing but as far as the rewards go I don't support that change even a little bit.

Then would you be ok to keep the current rewards only for level 100 fields? And to modify them for level 1-99 fields in the way he or me said?
As long as the top tier stayed the same I'd be fine with that. That could be a potential solution to the level freezing issue, then maybe everyone who wanted those refines would strive for the top bracket.
