A simpler solution could be to simply give 1 adv refine for each of the first 4 daily mission pack claimed (and 2 for the last one). It'll still take a f2p 6 months to get a single lvl 10 refine; but makes level freezing nearly pointless.
You are right there but there is no way oasis, greedy as it is, would do it.
I fully understand what he is saying and I still disagree. I worked hard to get to the point that I can place 1-3 on my team and get those advanced refines. I could care less about seal scrolls, I will collect them over time anyways. I would pick adv refines 10/10 times.
Even advanced threads would not be acceptable, the refines are more important and it allows you to put the power where you want it. It takes way more refines to completely max out than it does to max BA.
Again though, i do agree they should do something about the level freezing but as far as the rewards go I don't support that change even a little bit.

Um... like we have #2 in our space time bracket and like over 100k in lvl 81-85 sage bracket and a 100k in lvl 78-80 sage bracket, what u say about whales not freezing is invalid in my case then. i'm right now under lvl 78 so I'm avoiding them and if i don't freeze, i'll have to deal with 100k and then later 120k. I don't agree with freezing, but freezing is like the only way to go at this point becuz basically who does have these whales just win, so i have no incentive not to freeze to join them.
I think what he said is that if were whales only that do it then could even be somehow fine since the game is theoretically made in their favour, but since a lot of f2p do it, then is not fine at all from oasis point of view.
The simplest solution is to give lots of xp to the top 3.
That too would work, but unless is something like that you get 1 level per sage if you are 1st and one every 2/3 if you are 2nd or 3rd would take too much time, for it to be effective.
How about giving making exp a reward for sage worlds the higher your rank the bigger the exp :)
The best way to do it would be to grant something like 5-10% exp needed for next level for every win you get if you own the title king or bully of the battlefield.
The solution is for u to freeze on ur own too..i think freezing is not somehing you would call "unfair." Heck, they have their own struggles freezing too. And the rewards compensate them for those struggles. Man, MAN UP and make an improvement of yourself. Don't rant just because SWB seems "unfair" when you loose.
I was max leveled when they introduced the cross server swb, before was only intraserver and they promised they would not have introduced it at all after a long discussion in the forum, so people like me continued to play as if that situation was very far ahead in the future, then they chose to implement it regardless and without warnings, so people like me had enough exp stored at that point to level up regardless as soon as the new level cap was risen to 95, and every time they increased the level cap i had stored enough exp to still be in the top field of the bracket and i am still able to be 2nd-6th depending on who i meet so no, boy, i am not at all the person you believe i am.
The reason why i opened this thread is because my current personal issue is a collater issue generated by swb and is the fact in my server people that where not at max level like me when x server was introduced began to level freeze to get the new op rewards. Little by little during the months the fact they continued to level freeze summed to the fact many people in the meanwhile quitted generated the real issue i am facing that is the fact i am at level 100 and i have around 30-35 people/alts at level 70-85 that i cannot plunder and this happened only thanks to this unwise move in swb.
I keep seeing people state this 15 level difference for Ranked Arena, I have proof of this incorrect rumor that is going around.

This shows you can verse at least up to 39 levels +/- (65-26=39 , assuming this person is level 65 and not higher)
The +/- level 15 difference is there since kage (or jonin) rank onwards, before you can be matched with everybody regardless the level.
I have never met people under level 85 in kage/superkage and my friend at level 83 reaches every month six paths with mei mabui tenten, if he met my same enemies he would still be kage.
Just because you are a whale that doesn't mean the rest of us are.
By using power instead of level, this would ensure everyone is fighting on an equal level, or more equal at least.
I don't know what games you play, but in most games when it comes to PvP, PvP is almost always oriented around the skill of the user and not the amount of money he's put in.
Obviously this is a P2W game so that does change the situation, but what is the point of someone 150k power fighting anyone below 140k? It's an automatic win. I wouldn't call that PvP.
Swb would be fine also if they just reduced the total number of people per field. Cap them at 48 insteae of 90 and you would have a way better situation.
But yes, i agree with you that power would make it fairer for everybody that is not in the utmost top field, the issue is that them would be all whales and a part of them would not love to be stomped by stronger whales than them and would quit the game.
