1＃ Go ToCould some1 make me understand how tf every person in my server that got Minato was a low level player and all the people that actualy spent(2k cupons, 10 friends of mine) for it, didn t get him? It seems "strange" to me .

I spend 3.6k cps to get him but nothing. Only 1 per day? Than i have to speen 1st.
Nah isn't just who spends first, I have noticed that all the ppl that got him spent after 6 or 7 pm server time, never seen anyone get him before that.

nah, i seen it already 2 ppl get minato in my server in the same day, but yes both are low lv bp.
its lucky event. cant complain, just focus to redeem refine and charm material.
consider yourself lucky if u hit a jackpot.
M8 the thing is that the players that spent big ammount of gold and cupons for him should be the players thare are more common to own him than the players that didn t??? It is just "strange" that the players that got him are all low level & bp and spent just 200 cupons in this event.

This event is for low powered ones. Oasis give them chances to catch up strongest ones with strong ninjas. If someone from rank 10 of pwoer spin that wheel, they have like 1% chance to get that rare ninja
From where did you get these numbers? Also the events "should" be fair and balanced. If it is like that they should let out the players that don t get good rewards.
