does anyone know all the ninjas that can be skillbroken at 3 stars, if so after you obtain the ninja can you use the extra frags after 3 stars to get the skillbooks?

  • At the moment, the 1st hokage and the 2ns hokage can be skillbroken at *3 stars. Rares and super rares ninjas from treasures such as sage naruto, danzo, susanoo sasuke, ay, etc. will be added eventually that requires them to be skillbroken at 3*. Yes you can you the extra frags after getting a 3* for skillbooks.
