Talents? That Naruto is a pain. Faster you kill him the better. Han itachi suasnoo minato and fire main team might work.;check Energy or Marw's channel.....one of them had this lineup.

HK Minato .
1. Minato std do 10x combo so if ur minato do 700-1k or more . each combo would hurt alot .
2. Before minato do combo he will Trigger Flying Rajin First This WIll Cause Alot Damage .
3 . Because of Earth Main Mystery Minato Can Triger Twice i said above .
4. even ur minato cant kill it , Iruka or asuma will .
5. my attack is almost 17k for minato (Not Fully Mood yet .)
Sometime if Minato Fail to do combo u might Fail to kill Naruto on R1 .if u lucky , Like i said above Iruka or Asuma will do it .

If you don't have ini and attack(charms,tactics) then ay team fails.Could be said for most teams. Just saying....

The definition of counter team is exactly that: a team that is able to beat another team without owning initiative on comparable power or slightly lower. If that team doesn't exist the game currently makes no sense, because all the other teams currently own such a lineup.
I think you misunderstood and I did a poor job explaining too. You could both be 100k but one got bad attack+ critical stones+ tactics while other got max status.
Perfect example for this was our space time : There was a 200k player, he only put his earth main and kimmimaro (totaling 100k power) and beat a 150k running susano itachi,danzo,lm and susanoo sasuke. He was auto and wanted 150k person to win so no initiative advantage. Summary: ninjas and power are not every thing.
With everything being even, a person running earth main with Ay the 3rd is a perfect counter because he get massive self buffs;Stack your attack mags+ stones for better effects.Get his earth main then naruto......and game over.
In summary: you need attack......and initiative if he got a control or interrupt ninja(so your ay won't get interrupted or controlled).

Thanks for your answers, but sadly i don't see how a blitz team could work against it unless you own initiative and also power advantage. Naruto is simply too fat and the usual not idiotic player just runs roshi as the lowest hp ninja, so itachi and eventually omoi would target him and not naruto, spreading ignition to your team.
@ICEx: i'm pretty sure you made some mistakes there. There's no way that team with 30k less power is able to beat yours, i would see it failing even on comparable power.
That anbu itachi team dodges like no tomorrow. Unless you got a ninja like susano itachi or kakuzu earth grude, rip. Also, he had 3 ninja attacking his kurama head on.
