Tank all other damage, wait for enemy sailor sakura and AF to finish standard heal. After sakura attacks, she gets ignited by your roshi.

After all enemy standard heal, fuguki mystery on Sakura. Round 2, sakura die by roshi mystery, make sure you target enemy AF.

OR:

If you have lower initiative, you c*e fuguki mystery on enemy AF so they have no chaos chase on round 2.. Then target sakura round 2 so no more healing.

Enemy AF will still get chaos'ed in round if you apply the chaos after her standard move in round 1. "

If you got roshi,salor and fugi. There is another lineup. MM or minato or edo deidara could help, but don't think you have them.Some say ay the 3rd works but from my experience he doesn't work if he other guy got a stacked roshi with high hp. jinpachi, kushimaru , sasori team looks promising too but haven't tested it out myself.
