anyway rule of the thumb, make 3 team that have cross team support such as kurenai(shield), guy(hp leech) and sage kabuto(revive)

Then, have a ninja that can make manual or auto barrier (gaara, onoki) and have aoe attack.

Remember, your against 3 team off enemy ninja .. so make your more 'impressive' then them.
