Is there a reason why hyuga cant stop puppets with rotation?

I understand the logic behind it i was just wondering whether it was a bug or it was specific weakness.

  • I believe that Kankuro's puppet has a certain hit condition attached to it, thus Hinata's mystery cannot block it, as it requires a dodge to activate. There are other characters who fulfill this condition as well and are often used against Hinata cores in order to disrupt their rhythm.
Yes thats what i wanted to know was wondering what this was so i could use again in exams for example vs hyuga etc.
