Still what you saying is max his prize. I get Deidara with 12k same or less get 11k Black Hidan, so it's RNG.
Same Shisui my friend get him with 8k (fragments) and max is 16k
All ninja is just rng and what you say is max prize all bad luck ;)
Deidara on board is 15k for average price not max price . same to shisui . By saying Average is Most of the people will get tha same price or close to it . Black hidan cost more even u got lucky . if u said 11k probably u alr claim his frags before it . its supposed 80 frags not just half or few .
