As a f2p, you need to think in advance, trying to buy ninjas that will still be competitive in future. Atm, if you look in china, only minato jonin is a must have. Kushina isn't worth her costs (hello SB golden bros), shisui isn't as gamechanging as it is for us (he isn't even used anymore in the uchiha dream team, replaced by edo hiruzen) and deidara is good for ranked and GNW, but even there almost at all replaced by far better combos.

I agree with your premise very profoundly.
But I thought Shisui was indeed the only one being used out of these ninjas? The me
ta team seems to be Edo Hiruzen, Edo Tobirama and Edo Asuma OR Shisui. Is Jonin Minato truly used at higher levels still in china? does he get skillbooks or synergize super well with some team? What makes him so strong?
Edo Tobirama (hashirama bond) replaces Danzo as barrier ninja. Shisui isn't used in that team.
The 4th ninja is either Asuma WB, Edo Asuma or Edo Sasori.
Minato (jonin) received the best bond. His bond mystery hits the whole enemy team, cause 5 combo each and cause to all the targets tag, paralisys and interruption. Here is a video about that. video

Can anyone offer an explanation on what happened on the chinese server, because to me it seems like Edo Tensei Deidara is not seeing any use? What made him fade out?
Watching fights, I see Sharkisame the most and Shisui secondmost and Minato the thirdmost out of the ninjas that we have available right now.
In CN, there are far better ninja for 1v1. Also, while he is good, he isn't the oh-my-gosh-op-as-faq that he is sold here for. There are better teams for GNW (angel konan, SB sasuke susano'o, edo hashirama, edo hiruzen teams are far more flexible picks) and his super sakura - jigo - earth main team is hard countered by chakra stealing characters like edo hashirama, 5 kages madara, guren and so on.
