1＃ Go To1. I've unlocked tactics 5 levels too soon but I cant use it.
2. Everytime I recruit or upgrade a ninja or increase my bond with a ninja my power decreases.
Please can someone help me

Hi there! I would like to help you with your inquiries ..
For 1, the Tactics interface really opens early but to be able to use it, you must reach certain level (i forgot what is the level).
For 2, can you please explain more and give more detail about that problem, it looks weird that eveytime you recruit or upgrade a ninja your power decreases instead of increasing ..

The power level decreasing I believe is just a visual bug, but yeah that's also come up for me a bunch of times.
When you go into your ninja menu and say, cultivate or awaken a ninja, one that isn't even being used in any of your teams so shouldn't have any effect on your power level in the first place; often when you close back out of the ninja menu it'll do the power calculating at the bottom of the screen saying you're dropping in power. You can leave the team you're actually using completely untouched but if you change another ninja or recruit a new ninja it'll say your power is recalculating when you close the tab even though it isn't and has no reason to. Sometimes if you upgrade ninja you actually are using it still does it when if anything you should be increasing in power. The final numbers seem to be correct though so I think it's just the wrong animation is being shown

Ah yes, i just remembered now and understand the situation now .. I do also have that kind of "decreasing" animation when i use awakening on my ninjas .. It's just a visual bug i guess .. and it is actually not decreasing your power, if that happens again, check your "Power Changes History" (the "i" icon in the right part of your Power) .. then from there you will see if it actually decreases your power or not ..
