Han's remove buff skill doesn't proc dodge right? And can han remove mangetsu's skill to grant dodge to hidden mist?

If is a temporary buff yes, he remove it, otherwise no. I am not sure if mangetsu passive is considered a buff, i doubt is not the same thing as hinata. For example han does not remove danzo mystery effect neither even if is added by a mystery.

Yes.han can remove mangetsu's buff.But idk why wind main mystery and mask tobi cant remove mangetsus buff
