I just noticed that he was added to the game but as far as i remember, there was no annoucement for this. Is it a surprise that Oasis gives us?

In CN version, he's a reward for achieving certain BP, so he prolly will be truly available in game after we get update for power reward packs.

Yep, pretty sure everyone who gain certain power, no matter before or after update- can then get those rewards.

Just don't know when it will be updated for us~~

In Germany i think its a reward for 130k BP guess we will see if its the same for us.
