Hi DEVS,


Good evening. So it's plunder time or HK region and I decided to the convoy. After I did the convoy, I tried to do plunder and to my surprise, I can't do it. The system is asking me to pay or ingots. What's happening here? Did you update the game? I don't see any patch notes stating that we can only do 1 SS for free now. We should be able to do 1 SS and 1 PLUNDER, right? Please check the screenshot below for reference and proof.

Can someone take a look at it? It seems that my groupmates can do their free SS and free PLUNDER fine but I can't do it.

  • No bro, The only thing he did is to run a 1 SS Convoy, so yes for the convoy, he can only do 1 SS except if he pays Ingots or use an * Voucher .. But for Plundering 1 SS, he supposedly eligible to plunder 1 SS Convoy for free even he already convoyed 1 SS Convoy .. Just like what i always do, 1 SS Convoy, 1 SS Plunder and 1 S Convoy everyday ..

Sorry, I forgot the time stamp, but I don't have the intention to lie and will gain nothing if I lie and make up an issue. Here's what I did:


Opened my account.

Ow it's 6 PM time to do convoy.

Claimed 1 and first time convoy. Successfully delivered the goods to the merchant.

I saw someone doing SS and I was like I'm sorry whoever you are I need coupons. After I click plunder, the system won't let me plunder. It is asking me to pay ingots.

I recall that we are all eligible of 1 SS and 1 PLUNDER or FREE unless OASIS did an update.

You can see on the screenshot that I provided that I still have 2/3 remaining tries.

It happened yesterday too. In my mind yesterday, maybe I did something wrong and decided to try again today. I cleared cache yesterday as well.


UPDATE: I did another clear cache/cookies and it didn't work.

OW yeah. It's been a while since I did rank battle and I am currently RANKED 122!!!!

UPDATE:


I am rank 79 now on the rank battle. The system still asks me to pay ingots or extra plunder. I did my usual thing:


Run 1st FREE convoy.

Did another plunder. The system deducted 10 ingots on 1st FREE plunder.


Can a MOD investigate, please? I can't provide screenshot now since the system deducted my ingots.
