Hi guys and girls

I need a small answer.

What level or rank and power.

2 players are allowed to fight in arena.

Because it lasted more than 3 minutes and nobody shows up.

I'm lvl 80 of 36k power.

and most of lvl 90 and more than 40k of power.

So seeing them on the list is Jounin Special.

How can I fight against them?

or that I should look for someone of my level (80)

and that it be of the same rank and power.
