No he's not. Everything depends on the situation. Your enemy clearly used his cleanse mystery in round 1, and he must have been careless and aimed Shisui in round 2. Or, he maybe tried not to use Ay's mystery round waiting to trigger Shisui's dodge by other means, thus letting you chaos him. Even so, that Ay 3rd is bound to die due to blitz in front of him + ignite each round.If that guy saved his mystery cleanse round 2, you'll surely die and there's no other way to escape it. if you decide to chaos his main round 2, he will wait and trigger Shisui's dodge and one shot him with Ay's mystery alone. So for earth mains with that lineup, learn to save your cleanse and don't expect you'd wipe out the enemy in round 1.

I really think it's better because shisui is more versatile than raikage. Other than that in a match of force matched against raikage (which is is a bit rare) I do not have many problems

Actually Shisui, Itachi, LM with sword immunity is pretty much OP. Some can be defeated, but anyone with even lower power can beat the crap out.

P.S. Too many people got Shisui, I mean literally...it was supposed to be rare ninja, but in SWB and my own server it feels like it's casual rare ninja in a treasure that people with 210 seal scrolls have pulled him out. It's just a big middle finger from developers in the eyes of those who struggled to get both Raikages for example, people even drew him out with 400 coupons in the wheel, it's like 20 draws and done... of course majority just wasted and didn't got him, but overall it's like half of the community got him, or more than half.

Yeah, shisui's all over the place

He's only been pulled 4 times on my server. 2 times during last wheel, 2 times during the star wheel.

The sad thing is that the same person got him both times for star wheel

Im going to take a guess and say this person was level 85+ possibly level 90+

if he took out Itachi first round 2 your team is done for.

Itachi anbu is way too squishy.

That Itachi lived throughout the fight made your Shisui kept attacking twice with ignite.

Shisui is most definitively better than 3rd raikage, He is much harder to deal with, lower cooldown, Immobilizes immune people (if immunity is temporary e.g: flower guard), and provides ignite to deal with cancer teams. The only advantage Ay has over shisui is that he is tankier and can be placed in the front row.

The point is that if it was an even force and I had more refining the result would be obvious. Neither did she need to have more refining, just an even force. Obviously I won because he played wrong but the gap was too big and he had a huge advantage.

i think you opponent misplayed. i have third and he is an amazing ninja but shisui is great. shisui is no better than third and viceversa but shisui is easy to beat once you triggered his evasion passive i have beaten shisui teams and viceversa; once you know how to deal with his evasion passive he is easy to kill, same with third. if you blitz him before any chakra gain, or poison/burn him he can be beaten.
