You remove people if they lose a lot, then why not remove people who reach a certain number of wins as well?

Just give them the maximum rewards and remove that pointless ranking and change into a point system.

AND because you people don't like suggestion that don't give money; Make the certain numbers of win lower for VIPs, make them impossible to be removed(as if) and much better rewards.
