So, I suggest buffing again Tobi. I've been told that he was nerfed due to the "cancer" combo Tobi + SB at that time. Since we are in 4.0, can't we just buff him again? I believe he wouldn't be as broken as he was. It would be a good alternative for f2p comps.

Cause Tobi could revive as soon as he was defeated. And multiple times mind you.

I'm not familiar with all the future skillbooks and who all gets them but maybe his can bring him back to his former glory, considering now there are a ton of other ninja capable of doing what he originally could.

Well, his former passive was revival after death. And his mystery used to cause Knockdown which conjucts with his chase.

To knockdown in round 1 + ignition.

Still too op in arena to be a free ninja, as if now sbs there wouldn't be a plague...
