1＃ Go ToSo, I suggest buffing again Tobi. I've been told that he was nerfed due to the "cancer" combo Tobi + SB at that time. Since we are in 4.0, can't we just buff him again? I believe he wouldn't be as broken as he was. It would be a good alternative for f2p comps.
