So, we got Anbu Itachi and a lot of uchiha comps with him. So, it reminds me that we could use old Tobi. He was a very good ninja for f2p. dodge, ress, high combo and so on. Then again, Why did he get nerfed? whose idea is to nerf f2p ninjas? and since we're already at 4.0, can't we just "unerf" some old ninjas from 1.0.

sigh... it's been so long since fire main + Tobi combo was nerfed. They could make some old ninjas great again. I don't think this will break the balance.
