You should consider play on a new server, cause :
1. All pvp related features are cross servers now and your power is really bad for your level. Believe me you won't get any win in sage, matsuri with that kind of power and level unless you plan to pay a lot.
2. You can't do plunder and pretty much are easy prey when you convoy because your level is considered high enough for other freeze level plunderers.

3. You probably won't get any gnw pack if you are playing in an old server.

4. Kushina is not a free ninja, depend on which version she has different price. So far the better version only appeared once in lucky * event last week.
