So for the balloon event, which one would you recommend, unbound rune packet or charm pack. You can get 4 run packs per 1 charm pack but which would yield better power results?

coupons-wise charm packs are a better option, since 1 charm pack costs without discounts 125 coupons while unbound rune packets cost 10 coupons (if i don't mistake).

I'd say charms because you can get rune packs tickets from arena shop.

Go with charms, you wont regret it since the places where we can get it is limited, and its costly in the shop, while rune packets can be obtained from the arena shop.
