  • I think, much better if you switch Samui and Cee's positions, Cee gets 20% Def/Res for each Lightning Ninja in your team, so i think he's more tanky than Samui .. Dunno but just a guess .. I'm gonna try this team later in Arena :D

Problem is, you wouldn't able to interrupt anything if samui is in position 4 except for their 4th position.
