I have a little problem , i'm using this team

x Sakura Kankuro
The problem is , on auto Knakuro refuses to use his skill , i want him to use it on first round (i've seen people with similar stuff , and their kankuro use on first round the pupet) , but for me , nop he use it on third round ,
i try place him on all the posible places , from 1st to 4th , that doesen't mather they use skills allways the same
1.Gaara ( upgraded version)
2.Main 40 chakra skill
after that on third kankuro use his

then if i use main with 20 chakra skill order is
1.Main
2.Gaara
2.kankuro

So the finnal question is how can i make my Kankuro use pupet of first round? i've seen in arena people with same formation and their konkura use skill first , what decide the order they use skills?
