Correction, poison tai can hit evasion ninjas (for whatever reason). Poison from KoH will not affect a ninja that dodges it.

    All the effects granted from other mains are better in almost every situation.

    If poison wouldn't be spreaded neither to evading ninjas what would be left for azure fang teams?

I'm not saying change poison tai, I agree with your point that to do so would cripple one of the few remaining viable strats for water mains (which is of itself, a shame). I'm was merely pointing out that it's never well-explained as to WHY it works the way the it does.
