I heard a while ago that the models and cutscene attacks are obtained from Ninja Storm 4 or 3?

Is this true?

The whole change of Salior Sakura,Hinata(hot one)and Sasuke(Playboy) were changed in China due to some copyright issue or something?

These models are in Ninja storm 4 though? Thoughts for food?
