I'm a new player and I've seen people using Shark Bomb skill turn 1 and every turn after that, with many different lineups. How can they do that?

It's a water main talent called "Experimental Ninjutsu" and it does damage to the main character (The water main) but reduces mystery cooldown by 1 round and increases crit rate.

so I have been back to the game for a long time , this is what I got ,, any god lineups that you can think of , to do some mission , pvp , arena , swb, ranked battle , arena 3v3 ,,, matsuri ,, I need a lineup to do all of that even if just for doing them , I'm f2p . Any one is welcome please respond ,, !! also i forgot any main character you think i can change
