There is no set amount of seals for pulling Danzo, he is one of the rares in that treasure which you pull every 50-70 seal scrolls

You could pull him in first 50 and it could also take you 1000+ seal scrolls before pulling him, it's very random really (I myself pulled Kazekage Gaara for first time in my life after my 1200th scroll in treasure, but got Danzo 3 times before that)

Since awakening a ninja increases its growth stats is it better to level them up while awakening (i.e. lv30 blue 35blue +1 40 blue +2) or is it the same as leveling to max then awaking all the way?

So, I was wondering what are some of the fastest ways to level up. I'm about 25k (47%) EXP from level 20 and can't progress the story any further unless I level up. Just completed the Zabuza arc. Most repeated instances just give me 2% EXP, which is alright if I have to do that, but I was wondering if there was a faster way.

At that level there is only daily missions and sweeping instances for exp
