There are a lot of good ninjas, for now honestly I'd recommend mostly focusing on power and using the treasure/free ninjas
Even with just treasure ninjas you can do some great teams

But well if you really want to think about buying a ninja for future, I'd say Jonin Minato is a good investment for sure because he can be put in a lot of teams without much thinking
Other than him there are great ninjas such as God Angel Konan, 5-kage Madara but the problem is you would need some other rare ninjas to have good teams with them (5-kage Madara + Jonin Minato atm is a great team)

Thx for answer. And 1 more question. Which tactic i should to upgrade? Ghost kill, Sun Move or maybe Windmill? Or is it depending on lineup? And which meta lineups can i take only from treasures? Kushimaru\Jinpachi\Sasori?
