1) Initiative. If you outspeed Ay, he is useless.

2) Hard CC earth main. That team has no ways to cleanse debuffs except for CF's mystery. (You can even use interruptions, if you have good reflexes, to stop the double auto. You'll be well rewarded, since Ay will lose 40% atk nin and 80% def).

These are the first two teams i thought of with your ninjas.
