As it currently stands Hokage minato is regarded as the better ninja, but not by a huge margin. This may change in future updates, when hkmianto gets a skill break, and jonin gets the bond thingamajiggy.

They both have their own advantages, jonin definitely shines more in a 1v1, where as in things like GNW hokage is definitely better due to interupts. One thing I would say is hokage minato shines when you have very high initiative, and jonin shines when you dwarf your opponent in terms of BP. It also depends a lot on what ninjas you currently have.

I also think you have them the wrong way round, hokage has the better mystery, jonin is good because of his chase reset.

Re hokage team, i tried the sailor team with roshi but tbh, I wasn't *n away, I ended up switching to

full aoe combo procs because by round 2 minato's standard should be triggering the combo chase every turn. You c*so swap yagura out for hanzo, but because she gives you 20 chakra you can steal their barrier round 1, then round 2 cast both roshi and minato mystery. Minato's mystery will interupt obviously, but it also chases into yagura's acupuncture and because his mystery tags, spell reflect effects wont block the acupuncture.

with azure fang hokage minato is 1000 times better, with other mains just 50 times

the main reason why with azure fang hokage minato is better is because the main issue for azure fang is endurance against SBs and MBs lineups and hokage minato grants you that very cute 40% resistance buff that many times is the difference between enduring up to round 3 or not, another point in favour of hokage minato, by being AF, is that thanks to his passive attack, Hokage can let you proc the enemy evasion before both mystery and standard attack, letting you start a chaosing combo on annoying evading ninjas like shisui, masked man etc... or even by simply letting you attach to them that cute poison on the real standard attack even if your minato is acupunctured, thing jonin minato can't do if you don't own chakra, and if together with ninjas that let him land two standards, like bee sst or pakura, he is sure do get two stacks of selfbuff every round even if is paralysed or acupunctured, together with poison tai hokage minato with a double standard attack (that means 4 attacks in total) is a source of sure cancerousness (jonin with mystery hits 3 at most) and, with enough combo stat, is able by itself to let you proc 30 combos with two attacks (10 from both the attack themselves and 5 per passive attach), that means he gives you a hope to have a chance to make proc roshi's or similar chases even with main under chaos/immobile/sleep.
