I've only got 1 L10 refine, also 7-10 on the last refine rebate.

It took me 806 from 7-10. I had 150/200 into L7 and it took +37, +159 (+100 wish), +610 (+200 wish).

Including the pre-150 I had spent into that gear, that would bring the total to 956 which is still much luckier than the 1200 you used.

But if you go over L10 refine videos on youtube, you will come across many players who needed 995+/1000 to hit that L10.

RNG luck could also work the other way around, as i've spent quite a bit on this game, never once have i landed a 80 frag ninja off any RNG events.

Unheard of in both my server and merged server.

RNG can really make or break the game for you :( but hey at least you got edo deidara, i'm still trying to manage in 4.0 with my 1.0/2.0 setups.

Hit my last straw many months ago over bugs, bad rng, and poor customer service, and one irresponsible forum mod.

Nor will they rebate/gift you back anything you unintentionally lost specially in your friends case the acc was compromised.

I got hit with a bug that started to consume ingots and cps without my consent and they did nothing about it.

Enjoy the game for what it's worth. This might not be the general pop's experience, but don't expect stellar customer service from this game. This isn't your typical NA online MMO and customer service team.

Hold the phone. What exactly is the problem here? Someone on the forums had told you that 1200 was enough, but it wasn't? I am sure that Oasis or Bandai Namco has never said that you'd need 1200 refines to go from 7-10. As you said it yourself, you "had heard" that 1200 was enough. Apparently you didn't do any math regarding this issue. And now you're upset because some internet neckbeard was wrong?

I never had any trouble with the customer service. They're chinese, so it is what it is. It's never going to be on the westerner level because of cultural reasons.

I understand how you feel even if i'm not a f2p, but i'm a low casher and more or less we are mishandled by them in the same way as you f2p are.

I was muted not long ago in this section of the forum because i continued to tell them that Advanced Threads weren't at all in the pull of SA expert mode and they continued to tell me that 'this thing was replied multiple times' and the reply was: 'there's a slight chance to drop them'. Now, this week, after the maintenance, EVERY SINGLE RUN OF SA EXPERT MODE drops 1 advanced thread for sure.

None said a thing about this, but is actually the perfect proof that i was right, that the system was bugged and that, as i said, advanced threads weren't at all there and something was wrong. Now that works as it was supposed to work they let it go like if nothing happened.

A serious company would have said: 'hey, you were right and we were completely wrong! we are going to send to every player with rank 5 BA or higher 150 advanced threads as compensation, for the missing 25 weeks or rewards you experienced since 3.0 introduction!'.

Obviously this won't happen and they'll go on like if was always so and people like me were allucinating.

That said you made the only mistake a f2p should never do: to believe in what whales said. Whales have no real awareness of what happens to them and we couldn't even take for granted that the algorithms that manage this game actually don't take in account how much you cash to actually modify any rng chances.

You have been the perfect f2p so far, but you fell in the temptation that what actually 10 whales told you was true.

The only thing that you should have taken for granted it was true is that wasn't sure to reach rank 10 from rank 8 with less than 1200 advanced refinement runes (400 for 8 to 9 and 800 for 9 to 10), but just that existed a chance for it to fail. As f2p you should always take for granted that if there's a chance to fail then that chance is 100% and if doesn't happen you can be happy because you saved up resources for the next time (not for this actual time), but i completely understand the frustration you can feel (i feel that too) and that sometimes, even if you are aware of the fact you are going to do a silly act, that you do it the same because you need to feel once you were lucky and that the game is somehow in owe with you.

F2P here too, still have that Gaara screen. Let me tell u something.

RNG or luck, whatever u wanna name it, is the worst thing u can rely on this game, either ur f2p or p2w. Thing is, those cashing the game have more space to fix unlucky stuff... unlike f2p, that have to use their stuff wisely. F.E. I think i have the worst luck with refines, cause mostly i have to wait to get to 85-90% wish meter to lvl up :S That said, i understand u, i know some guys who went waaay better with that. At least u got Deidara, heck, I didnt get any free/cheap strong ninja and im playing more than a year - have Ay 4th, but needed 8 months to do 1050 pulls for him.

Just play for liking to play game. Yes, i know that they are destroying f2p events, and yes, f2p is and will be backbone of this game, in many diff reasons i wont mention now. But they wont change. Never. They will cover up a bit with something nice in-game when they see too many ppl complaining, and thats it. To be honest, im really still playing because i have cool guys playing with me in same group, some good ppl from other group. Otherwise, i would quit this long time ago.

And as for your story Suzuri, let me tell u this: Real-life shopkeepers, if u didnt know, are willing to do almost anything to keep their customers. They learn different languages, put some crazy discounts, give free samples, provide splendid customer service, give refunds... ever wondered why there are crowded and deserted shops? And this is a game, it doesnt work like that - there are a lot of free ones, f2p ppl give good shoutout and attract p2w... who would play deserted game with 10 ppl on server, and give money for it?

I did actually wanted to wait another month in case,but after checking out a bunch of players who were able to get their lvl7-10 refine with under 1200 refines i was tempted since last week we were able to beat our rival group for the first time after 5 months and make it to cross gnw.so i wanted to be at my best for this saturday cross server gnw to increase our chances for winning it. therefore i was less patient this time around.

that about luck,my first lvl 10 i try 6 to 10 and spend around 950 adv refine,but my second eq i got 7 to 10 and try 1025,that stuck on 732 credit :')

Are you seriously complaining about getting 7-8 with 186, 8-9 with 372? If you are then you're just begging for stuff. 600 in 800/1000 doesn't mean you should get lvl 10 refinement. Some people got worse RNG than you including getting deidara for 100 coupons. His market price is 15-17k and you still want more and more just because you're a F2P. Nobody is forcing you to play or pay, just don't rant because supposedly you did, heard the calculations wrong and didn't get what you wanted. Remember there is someone out there that are less fortunate than you.

Now for your friend's account, his former leader "*ed" his account so it's very apparent your new group member shared his account with the former leader who had access to the account before. Sharing accounts are at your own risks. Oasis isn't responsible for *ed accounts as their system isn't compromised. Top rank account goes missing and can't recharge yeah okay.

See, since you're a "F2P" you complained about new cash ninjas and new power features. Just because you keep saying F2P, does that mean they shouldn't release new ninjas and new power system? it seems your brain has the functioning capability of a potato. you *ing my post? then at least learn something about the game mechanics before making your lame attempts. using refines during refine rebate give you wish credits. you get 100 wish credits for lvl 9 therefore the total of 486/500 and 200 for lvl 10 you get 200 wish points thee for 826/1000 for my current attempt.

how you know they have not complained? do you have a proof? have you watched their videos? were they free players that worked 6 months to collect 1200 advance refines?

When you say you got 186/200, you shouldn't say you got 7-8 with 372. It should stay constant and be 472/500 total. Go back to math class. It's called using the same numerator variable.
