I never had any trouble with the customer service. They're chinese, so it is what it is. It's never going to be on the westerner level because of cultural reasons.

You're that dude in the shop that comes there to read the magazines, but he never buys anything. I agree with you that some practices, like milking outdated ninjas instead of putting them in Redemption merchant (like hey, when can we get some proper ninjas in Survival Trial?), are questionable.
