Um, as a level 30 you should probably be starting to diverge from using Team Seven... maybe get a three star like Kakashi or Zabuza (both of whom I got via Seal Scrolls, I think). Three star Karin and an awakened Sasuke and... whoever works well with them (check your combos). I'd say to pick a team that works and focus on upgrading them in stars, magatama, equipment, cultivation, etc. until you're higher and need a new team. Hope this helps~

(I have Scarlet Blaze, too, and Kakashi (combos with everyone), Kabuto (double healing and strongly suggested, though Karin should be fine for you), and Great Ninja War Kiba (who rocks).)
