May someone who had an account on CN server post about all Breakthrough Skill from All Ninja In CN server.

( Note : If u can post the number skill can be upgraded and the lv of each of them from all Ninja that already good, but if u can post more specific to the number of fragments needed for one upgrade that better)

I really need that data because i already waste so much on that aspect.
