Dear Ninja,


We receive some reports from players whom claim that their Daily Practice Activity Points didn't get reset on daily basis, hence this thread will be used to collect information and for us to further look into this matter.


Kindly provide us with the following information:-

1. Server ID and Players UID.

2. Screenshot of the issue with server time + your local time as a proof of the activity points didn't get reseted.

3. Please include an aswer for these two questions:-

a) Does the Ninja Exam chances get reseted even when your activity points didn't?

b) Does the Elite Instances' sweeping chances get reseted even when your activity points didn't?


We will try our best to fix the issue, and thank you for your cooperation and support!

b) Does the Elite Instances' sweeping chances get reseted even when your activity points didn't? Not sure about Elite instance but survival didnt (It has happened to me once not since)

- actually this issue i got already 1-2 week ago xD and i already report it on facebook fanspage via message.
but my issue not got fix and i lost the reward daily practice on 2days (you can see message log on facebook).
