Since there isn't any thread of "I got Tobirama for nearly little coupons!" I'm going to make one myself :p
So during day 1 of Lucky Star I spent 400 coupons and chose to not spend any more. It was enough to get all the Med Refines. But today I had 400 coupons and decided "What the heck" spent another 400 and got Tobirama 2nd Hokage!

Just realized I also got 2 Seal Scrolls from the event O_O Also Seal Scroll Hype!

Yeah but at least newer servers can get Tobirama now since S400+ at least never got him in an event.
