may i make a request for both
for avatar i would like to use http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie. ... t?cb=20080720232749 will let you choose if the background stays white or if it colored in.

So I have a couple of questions that I want to ask you.
1. Do you know the size constraints of this forum for Signatures?
2. Did you tell the recipients of your products that they cannot equip their Signatures until they reach "Elite Genin" rank on forum?
Below is a screenshot of the forum permission, with Beginner Genin, my current rank, on the right and the first rank where you c*e Signatures, Elite Genin.
Note: Between Beginner Genin and Elite Genin, there is another rank: Genin, noted on the bottom screenshot. Notice that
there are ways around this -
