What's the point in calling it a "draw" if there are fixed rewards at certain boundaries.

Its no point this game is created that u can obtain everything but with the time spended on the game ofc u can pay to get it all faster :)

So you want tendo from first draw ? or tendo from 100 x 10...i can't understand people anymore...it's bad for 40 x 10 ... it's bad for fix draw...it's bad because you need money...

It is pretty much fixed. As u can see from his vid, around every 60++ seal u can get the rare ninja in the list, where tendo and hashirama are the 2 rarest and u have to do around 400 seal to even have the chance to get them. Unless there is anyone who can point out otherwise, I would say that the RNG is not really a RNG

Well you have a lot to learn since a "draw" can be random fixed or somewhere in between. They don't have to do every single drawable ninja as a random one.

Its rigged rng if you don't have money don't get your hopes up getting any tendo or hashirama.

Mods have already confirmed it is fixed but still RNG. It just a mark to trigger the high chance of having Hara & Tendo. It is still RNG since you still can have other ninjas in the pain treasure but Hara and Tendo unless you do the thing said above. The gap contains only 2 rare ninjas, so why whining about it? its 100% fixed man. or you wanna tell me that it was random that Hasirama was EXACTLY THE LAST CARD NUMBER 400. I think it could be random if it is actually tendo or hashirama but its def. one of them at your 400 card flip.

but he didnt get kakashi with sword or asuma wind blade

Kakashi sword is more rare than tendo or hashirama...on server 1 just 2 people have kakashi with sword right now and more have jiraya sage mode,asuma windblade,tendo and hashirama

I think that's a good idea, you shouldn't get any good ninja unless you invest in the game, but I don't see how they only add ramen to thing.

the guy in the video i posted seems to think it's random as he's fully unaware that he would get a rare ninja at 400 scrolls exactly.
