In Summon Capture how Capture Tips and Morale Dance work?

Are they permanent buff to the group? or are they just that one time?

Do they cost 200coupongs or do they get more expensive after?

Is there info about this anywhere? the old info "rules" are still there after all this time... ..."...to kill ninjas in that area and then summon will apear etc :) ..."
