they all give the same exp, you can check by sweeping them.
the person might be referring to exp reward from quests the ask you to clear a specific instance.

also just a suggestion, exp is not the key point of the game,
what you want is to have a high power and low level

I thought both are important

because if your power is low, level doesn't really mean anything, it's totally superficial,
how awkward would it be to be beaten by players 10 lvls lower than you yet still have a higher power?
especially when servers merge in the future, events like the sage war will sort players by power, so people tend to not want to level to maximize their advantage in war.

Power is not everything..

Power is nothing if you are bad at the game.

I can be smart and beat someone with 2000 power higher than me.

Just because you have 100 power higher than someone else, doesn't mean you are better than them.

If you keep your level low, you wouldn't have much power. If you have EXP disadvantage, people would have better equipments and summons overall. I had a friend who tried to keep his level low and make his power strong. He was lvl 55 and I was lvl 52 with 2000+ power difference before he stopped focusing on exp. 3 days later, I am better than him both power wise and level wise. What's the best way to upgrade power?

I play this game for less than a month and I dont understand this yet,but I think I will^^
