Who are the actual rare ninjas here?

I know Fugaku is common but apparently even Pakura and Toroi are common even though they are colored violet in the description.

Are all swordsmen rare (60 ss to get) or are some of them like Zetsu and Sasori common as well?

not sure about zetsu, but edo sasori is a rare. Zetsu seems to be a rare since most people rant when they get him, but he is meme tier, wonder whether something in meme tier be a rare. i havent gone into gnw treasure. Stll saving scrolls. :sob:

yeah I thought about that too but then Yugito Nii came to my mind and it confused me because she's (most likely) a common ninja but she procs the message too.
