From my experience of level freezing, there is 0 reason to do it. the SWB i went into when I leveled freeze was when I was level 60 being placed in SWB with level 90+ with 3-5x my power.

I had the same problem on S2 :L But I was faced with level 95s and there was some 60s in there when I was level 60.

I'm still level freezing (sadly hit 69 but hey 30k power for when level 70 hits is good enough for me :p). This was last month when I tried SWB.
