I am level 65 at the moment. Only did the daily mission for main character fragments and only sweeping instances/ ninja exams when the event was on when doing them.

Also doing Team instances for the experience.

My current bracket for SWB is up to level 93's so level freezing for me just for that event is pointless.

But Fighting Matsuri Challenge, Sealed Ninja, Strong Approach, Plundering, Avoid being plundered by higher levels these are just a few perks.
