Im trying to do the password appeal method and also doesnt work, when i write all the fields it never finishes the loading of the ja
I have been playing Naruto Online now for about a year, and I know you are far from caring on how much we spent here to help us. but... I wasnt playing for somedays, like 2 weeks, never gave the account, password to anybody, mainly because of my credit card and paypal informations... i spent over 4k on this game, i guess you have all the records... the account is under another email, they changed the security email, number and questions. Please, I am very desperate... its been too many hours of my life and cash spent in something that i lost for no reason at all.. i have firewall, malware, spyware anything against these kinds of things...
Would be nice a reply or give me a email where i can send this to, AND IF NOT POSSIBLE to have my account back, lets do the procedure of baning it, cause i rather have it baned then have it stolen.
Please any mod, PM me, ive sent 2 emails already and no answer at all, i guess that for costumers that spent so much there should be some special kind of service? Not saying you should treat me diferently from others, but one who spends so much money on a game just expects that this game moderators help him whenever he needs.

Now i will leave on stand by and see what they answer me, i could get in touch with them, and they asked me for the paypal proof that i paid so i sent, now waiting for a reply.
depending on the reply i will make a chargeback and have the account banned.
