Freeze your level, try to get within top 3 on each Sage World Battlefield and collect advanced refine runes.
Only buy medium refine runes from Group Shop.
Save charm packs.
Wait for a rebate event before you use the refine runes/charm packs.
Prioritize upgrading headgear charm to increase bonus initiative %.
Do your summon cultivation.
Upgrade your move 1 ninja's initiative rune stone.
Try to get Quick Chakra rune (worth 20k training points).

Also battle armor and some clothing give initiative. Never buy medium refines unless you are desperate. Medium refines are more common and redeemable in lot of events. Buy advanced refines because they rarely feature in events, (best place is treasure of the sage with 30% or 40% discount) ,and PLAN out for your refine rebate. Planning is most importatnt for refining, try to go for big jumps like level 5 to 9 or 8 and so on during rebates for best results. Some people do 5 to 8 and then 8 to 10. Make your own style based on how you need other parameters to be too, as you cant spend on refines alone, as coupons are a limited resource and need to be reallocated based on priority.

Refinement , Rune Stones and Charms should be your priority. Use them ONLY during rebates. I would say for refines and charms hit he max on the rebate 500 refines and charms for both rebates as they give a lot back. For rune stones aim at least to hit 500 cave keys used during the rebate , gather cave keys from your wishing tree and you can buy cave key gift pack during rebates which gives 88 cave keys + lvl 5 rune stone for 900 coupons.

Hitting 200 in refine rebates is relatively easy as long as you are in the level 6 or less refinement world, hitting 500 is never possible without paying not even in that world unless you want to skip one month every two, but this means to lose a lot of advanced runes just to get 1 more pill and this is never worth it unless you are a high casher.
